Healnest operates on a professional service model where time, expertise, and session availability are reserved in advance. Accordingly, the following refund policy applies:
Fees paid for counselling or coaching sessions are non-refundable once a session has commenced, in full or in part.
No refunds shall be issued for dissatisfaction with outcomes, personal expectations, or perceived lack of progress, as outcomes are subjective and not guaranteed.
Users may request rescheduling or cancellation subject to the cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking.
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice (“no-show”) shall result in forfeiture of the full session fee, with no refund or credit.
Where advance payments are made for packages or multiple sessions, refunds—if any—shall be considered solely at Healnest’s discretion and only where services have not yet been rendered.
Administrative fees, platform charges, or transaction costs may be deducted from any approved refund.
If Healnest terminates services due to professional, ethical, safety, or compliance concerns, any refund for unused sessions shall be assessed on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases involving proven technical errors or duplicate payments, subject to verification.
All refund decisions made by Healnest shall be final and binding, subject to applicable law.
