Healnest accords the highest importance to confidentiality, privacy, and responsible data handling, while clearly defining the scope, limitations, and conditions governing its services. By accessing, engaging with, or using Healnest’s services or digital platforms, users confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms set forth herein without reservation.
Healnest may collect personal information including name, age, contact details, demographic information, and any information voluntarily disclosed by users during enquiries, registrations, consultations, or counselling sessions. Such information is collected strictly on a need-to-know basis and is processed solely for purposes including service delivery, professional communication, scheduling, internal record maintenance, quality assurance, and compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical obligations. Healnest retains full discretion in determining the relevance, adequacy, and necessity of information required for service provision.
All communications and information shared during counselling or coaching sessions are treated as confidential within the limits prescribed by law and professional ethics. Confidentiality may be lawfully and ethically waived where disclosure is required under statutory provisions, judicial or administrative orders, professional duty of care, or where, in the counsellor’s reasonable professional judgment, there exists a risk of harm to the user or any other person. Any disclosure, where unavoidable, shall be restricted to the extent deemed necessary by Healnest.
Healnest employs reasonable technical, administrative, and organisational measures to safeguard personal information from unauthorised access, misuse, alteration, or loss. Access to information is limited to authorised personnel and service providers acting under confidentiality obligations. Users acknowledge that despite best efforts, no electronic or physical data storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and Healnest shall not be held liable for risks beyond its reasonable control.
Healnest does not sell or commercially exploit personal information. Information may be shared with third-party service providers strictly for operational or professional purposes, subject to confidentiality and data protection obligations, or with lawful authorities where disclosure is mandated. Healnest shall not be responsible for any independent acts or omissions of such third parties beyond the scope of its contractual or legal control.
Users may request access to or correction of their personal information, subject to verification of identity and applicable professional, legal, and ethical obligations. Requests for deletion shall be considered at Healnest’s discretion and may be declined where retention is required for legal compliance, professional accountability, risk management, or record-keeping purposes. Healnest provides non-medical life coaching and general counselling services intended for supportive, educational, and personal development purposes only. The services do not constitute medical advice, psychiatric care, diagnosis, prescription, or treatment of mental disorders. Healnest does not guarantee outcomes, results, or personal progress, and users acknowledge that counselling and coaching outcomes are inherently subjective and dependent on multiple factors beyond the counsellor’s control.
Services are offered to individuals aged eighteen (18) years or above. For minors, services may be provided only upon receipt of appropriate parental or legal guardian consent, which Healnest may accept or decline at its discretion. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided and for all personal decisions, actions, and consequences arising from or related to counselling or coaching engagements
Appointments, fees, cancellations, and refund terms are governed by policies communicated at the time of booking and may be revised at Healnest’s discretion. Healnest reserves the unrestricted right to refuse, suspend, discontinue, or terminate services at any stage where it deems continuation to be professionally inappropriate, ethically concerning, unsafe, or non-compliant with these terms. The professional counselling relationship exists only during the period of active engagement and stands automatically terminated upon completion, discontinuation, or withdrawal of services, without any continuing obligation.
Healnest does not provide crisis intervention, emergency response, or immediate risk management services. In cases of perceived emergency or imminent harm, users are advised to contact local emergency services or recognised helplines. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Healnest disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential outcomes arising from counselling or coaching services, including user interpretations, reliance, decisions, or actions.
All intellectual property associated with Healnest, including content, branding, logos, written material, design elements, and software, remains the exclusive property of Healnest. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, adapted, or used for any purpose without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use may attract legal action.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to the use of Healnest’s services shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts competent under Indian law, as determined by Healnest.
Healnest reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services after such amendments shall constitute unconditional acceptance of the revised terms. Healnest’s interpretation of these terms shall be final and binding, subject only to applicable law.
